Crystal Lagoon
A hidden lagoon, cast entirely in wax. A river of shimmering blue winds through the piece, its marbled surface catching light from tiny hidden flames flickering just beneath the water's edge. On either bank, moss-like wax "grass" in deep teal spreads out, dotted with dozens of tiny hand-placed florals in soft pink, ivory, and cream — like wildflowers pressed into the shoreline. At the far edge, clusters of hand-sculpted crystal formations in ivory and slate rise up like a natural rock face guarding the water.
Poured into a round black vessel with a raw, weathered rim, this candle plays with scale — tiny flames scattered through the "water" rather than one central wick, giving the impression of light dancing across a real lagoon at dusk. Lit or unlit, it reads as a miniature world rather than a candle.
