Two clocks in one — and that's the wonder of it. By day, Moonlit Grove is a black-and-gold marbled face poured by hand in the studio, threaded with veins of gold and built up into a tiny woodland: mossy cliffs, a lone tree, a deer resting beneath it, butterflies caught mid-flight, and a quiet moon above a scatter of white blossoms. Gold Roman numerals and slim hands keep it elegant and grounded.

Then the lights go out — and the scene comes alive. The moon, the deer, and the butterflies are finished in glow pigments that drink in light through the day and softly illuminate after dark, turning a striking timepiece into a little pocket of enchanted forest glowing on your wall.

Built on a thick MDF base for real presence, every piece is hand-sculpted and one-of-a-kind, right down to where the gold settles and the moss falls. A silent quartz movement keeps the room peaceful.

  • Caring for your resin clock

Each piece is handmade epoxy resin on a solid MDF base, with a sculpted woodland scene, preserved foliage, gold detailing, and glow-in-the-dark moon, deer, and butterflies. A little care keeps both the artwork and the glow at their best for years.

Charging the glow. The moon, deer, and butterflies are finished in glow pigments that need light to recharge. A normal day's exposure to daylight or bright room lighting is all it takes — you don't need direct sun. The more light they absorb through the day, the brighter and longer they'll glow once the lights go out. They shine strongest just after dark and fade gently through the night, ready to charge again tomorrow.

Keep it out of direct sunlight. Bright ambient light is perfect for charging, but constant direct sun can slowly warm the tones of any epoxy resin over time. A well-lit room — not a sunbaked window — is the sweet spot.

Keep it away from heat. Radiators, fireplaces, and hot lamps can affect resin over time. Room temperature is its happy place.

Dust gently — especially the scene. For the smooth resin areas, wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For the sculpted landscape, foliage, and glow elements, use a soft dry brush or a gentle puff of air rather than wiping, so nothing snags or flattens. Never scrub the raised detail.

Mind the moisture. The preserved foliage and the MDF base both dislike damp. Keep it dry, never let water pool on the surface, and don't hang it in a humid room like a bathroom. If you must spot-clean smooth resin, use a barely-damp cloth and dry it at once.

Skip the chemicals. No solvents, alcohol, acetone, or abrasive cleaners — these dull the gloss and can affect the glow finish. Soft, dry cloth or brush only.

Hang it securely. This is a substantial piece. Mount it on a wall hook or screw rated well above its weight, into a stud or wall plug, and check it sits level.

The movement. Runs on a single battery (silent sweep). If it slows, simply replace the battery. Storing it for a while? Remove the battery to keep things fresh.

A note on character: small bubbles, swirls, and variations in the resin and foliage aren't flaws — they're the signature of a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece. No two will ever be exactly alike.
